About

Founder & CEO

Shlomo Shemesh is a real estate developer and entrepreneur focused on hospitality, luxury development, and international investment opportunities across the United States, the Caribbean, and beyond.

After nearly a decade of service in the Israel Defense Forces, including service in the Oketz Unit, Shlomo transitioned into the world of large-scale real estate development and strategic partnerships.

As Chief Executive Officer at JDV Limited, he helped lead major development initiatives throughout Jamaica and the Caribbean, working alongside investors, governments, consultants, hospitality brands, and international partners.

In 2026, Shlomo founded Shemesh Group to continue that work independently — identifying and developing visionary projects, creating strategic partnerships, and pursuing opportunities in real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, and investments.

8+ years of military leadership as a Captain in the IDF's Oketz Unit, followed by hands-on real estate development experience across Miami, the Caribbean, and Israel. BBA in Finance, College of Law and Business.

Tom Riley

Head of Hospitality

Three decades in hospitality, having overseen more than $5 billion in hotel projects across the Americas. Has worked with brands including Hilton and Marriott, and led third-party hotel management for groups such as Crescent, Banyan Tree, and Kimpton.
